Established in July of 1998 our goal has consistantly been to provide fun and fitness through the beautiful sport of gymnastics. The school offers:

LEGS PHILOSOPHY


At any age, our program provides a well disciplined physical activity, emphasizing correct fundamental and giving each student the chance to progress at his or her own rate. Positive reinforcement through proper progression of skills is part of each class. Gymnastics should be:
1) A source of recreation and satisfaction.
2) A challenge.
3) A physical and mental stimulus.
4) A social encounter and,
5) A disciplined learning experience.
