Having seen the growing need, we have taken our core business, D&D Water Services, and expanded the 'renewable resources' to include multiple other "Green" initiatives.
Expanding our education, we began placing various systems in place and managing them. Current models are available for each of the renewable projects we offer.
There is a notion with the current buzz word that “Green” has to be expensive. Many of the techniques and technologies had been invented and used over one hundred years ago. Modern technologies have improved on windmills and passive solar heating of air and water, greatly improving their efficiencies and cost of implementation.
Digging even deeper one ultimately comes to the crux of the issue. In being efficient, particularly in the home & office, the building must first be evaluated. An extensive study of energy from vapor barrier and insulation to efficient appliances and utilities. Each dollar spent getting a structure in order prevents an exponential cost in new, alternate energy devices. Some say the ratio is as great as for every $1 saved, $10 less is needed in new alternative energy equipment.
